While most Sunriver homes have a view of other homes, this highly treed lot is ideal for lounging in our glorious sunroom while soaking up the tranquility of the trees and watching the wildlife.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has air conditioning, high speed wireless internet, a sunroom, vaulted living room ceilings, floor to ceiling stone fireplace, and a two car attached garage. Our home is just an 8 minute walk to the river and Cardinal Bridge on the desirable west river side of the resort community and yet centrally located between the Mall, Fort Rock Park (7 minute bike ride), Tennis Hill, Woodlands Golf Course, The North Pool (12 minute bike ride) and store.

We are situated on a quiet cul-de-sac backed by wooded common area so your children can play on our large lot far from busy streets.
